XAMPP Lite 1.7.0

XAMPP Lite is an additional extra small XAMPP edition. It's the successor of the old MiniXAMPP. But in contrast to the big XAMPP it's not updated really often, XAMPP Lite is a very reduced version of XAMPP and it is an only "Take-Run-Delete-Forget-it" package.
