PuTTy

PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 and Unix platforms, along with an xterm terminal emulator. It is written and maintained primarily by Simon Tatham.

PuTTY is the popular telnet Client and SSH client packaged as a portable application, so you can connect in to your systems on the go. You can place it on your USB flash drive, iPod, portable hard drive or a CD and use it on any computer, without leaving any personal information behind.

You can download PuTTY here.
